現市面上有冇關於新公司法(cap.622)的textbook? 以前有本Vennessa Stott的Hong Kong Company Law，但最後edition已經係2012年出。

今朝去書局時見到，原來venessa stott已經出左14th edition，non-law discipline 的學生可以有書用了

抱歉因我很少來這個分區，所以現在才覆，我是在灣仔三聯見到，但我相信商務三聯都會有，因為這書對 non-law discipline students 很重要，印數一定會大量
記住睇清楚係第14版 (14th edition)，published date：July 2015，已將company law rewrite 的內容加進去了
