入行十年的大律師，因擁有「體雕師」的資格，遂向大律師公會申請以此作副業來幫補家計，但遭否決。他不服有關決定，亦不滿大律師公會以專業守則限制大律師的副業，去年六月申請司法覆核圖推翻公會決定，高院今年四月聆訊後昨頒下判詞，裁定公會限制大律師的副業屬違憲，有關限制亦欠缺充分理據，判大律師勝訴兼得訟費。

我同意大律師公會嘅做法違憲違法，大律師公會應該要睇吓個判詞然後自我檢討自我反省一下啦！
