1) 標題須與內容配合，內容必須評論香港時事或文化
2) 必須全文為原創文字，不少於300字，及最少兩個完整段落，抄襲作廢
4) 須有言之成理的論點、論據或論證，沒有邏輯謬誤
5) 內容不含性意味的粗口或錯別字，文句順暢，即報章讀者投稿水平
6) 發帖後按"檢舉"參加，理由註明：優秀原創時事評論獎勵計劃
7) 版主於月底開投票帖為合格帖子決定排名，三甲帖子將永久加精，另外高亮及置頂至下月底
8) 稿件一經發帖後不得編輯，否則活動資格作廢
獎勵：
1) 每個合格新帖，可獲加50分
2) 三甲帖子將永久加精，另外高亮及置頂至下月底
