Linux 追左上黎.
原本有部netbook, up左win10 但好慢,
於是想安 lubuntu 16.04, 點知佢有bug,
encrypted install, 會出error.
死死氣安 ubuntu 16.04 desktop LTS (64bit). 原來用 sudo apt-get install lubuntu-desktop 一樣可以用 lubuntu.
部 netbook 當堂用得番.
順手試一試.
1. 打到中文.
2. 安到 chrome
3. firejail (sandboxie) 出左 firejail.deb & fire tools.deb, 自己上網dnld 比 synpatic 入邊要好.
3. 安到 sophos anti virus for linux,
好easy 咁安, 居然有real time protection.
even firejail 入邊的 firefox 可以dnld 到eicar virus signature file, 但一save 就比 sophos block 左. 即係真心完全protect 到.
我呢個post 唔貼去epc o拉,
o個度十世都無個有用的post,
單打post 就日日都有reply.

lubuntu ... "L"ubuntu...
light weight,
啱舊PC 用.
我部野大約係 i3, 2GB ram.
i3....cpu passmark .... 8xx?

Research a little and it seems that this have been reported as a bug, but can't find any workaround, yet.

之前search 過solution,
但係short short 地.
foss d 中文, 算吧啦.
XXXXX N 個 --> ibus --> cfix?
成日轉黎轉去, 抵 linux 無人用.

緊跟repository, 盡量用 sudo apt-get install XYZ(or equivalent), 唔好用街外package, 中招機會自然大大減低。

我都系你咁，
不過系ubuntu 1４.04 desktop LTS (３２bit)＋ sudo apt-get install lubuntu-desktop，
用左年半， 好穩定， 而且中間都換個主機， 將ＨＡＲＤＤＩＳＫ 一插入新主機， 即刻用到， 唔洗重新安裝， 非常方便。

我都覺window 好煩， 一換底板， 基本上都要重裝window 同埋driver。 雖然ＷＩＮ７或以上好似話唔洗重裝， 但我見過好多不成功個案。
上次換底板， 一插個ＵＢＵＮＴＵ harddisk 即用， 果種暢快真系無得頂 （唔洗重裝ubuntu+軟件，慳左好多好多時）

都唔係任換嘎。俾塊HCL唔支持嘅MB，網都上唔到果陣你仲痕！

跟據我嘅經驗，Ubuntu系對Witeless card driver支持最好，其他如Debian, CentOS都無咁爽！(Asus U5F，T5600，Centrino)

呢樣系真， 我換底板時，主要用比較舊款， 而且系intel 系列既野， 所以先一插即用。
如果新Ｄ或者奇奇怪怪既硬件， 我都怕唔得
