Yes, but it was over. Now I don't think so, after HSBC was asked to pay 1.9 b US fine for the case of being no control for money laundery by US court order in 2012, most of Global bank groups have been starting to hire own staff to form permanent RM teams, or sub-contract RM programs likely to "Accentxxx" to set seafeguard measures for money laundery.
