In the entry level, the salary is quite low, 一字頭.
After a few years, 一字中。
Then after a few more years, if can get promotion to assistant manager post, then $ will be more, more than $20k, plus some bonus as well. more salary if u can promote to higher level afterwards.
If u cannot be promoted to manager level, 一字尾二字頭 is likely to happen.
Usually a lot of people will leave during entry level coz high stress (meet company's target, etc…)too much overtime work…
If u look for a high income job, I suggest u to apply civil servant.

Depends what category you are. It can make a huge difference too. I am not gonna say which category, but u can imagine. Usually the ones that make the most sales and fastest moving.
