膚 .. is similar.
Try it like this:
with the sound similar to FUL (as in wonder"FUL")
With a slightly higher tone: FULL (sort of like "float" )

erm... Where do you see the "full" cream?
Sometime when full is using in between words e.g., "the place is so full I can't find a seat"
There can be "lazy-sound" and make it sound more like "膚" where the correct one is similar to FUL / float. (saying it faster or slower also can make it sound slightly different too)

另請問melodic ( /məˈlɒdɪk )英式及美式也是mə 行前,為何讀音為 一個是 (麥)啦滴 另一個是 (咩)勞滴?

Given the word is derived from melody (melodic ... sound that's like a melody).
So it will be using the "melo"-dy as base (the melo here sounds like "meow"--"lo")
it's somewhat inbetween the 2 chinese sounds you wrote. .. it's like the -mel- in s-"mel"-l (smell).
