1. I think a person who knows how to do differerntiation can spell "derivative" correctly, at least way better than "deverative".

2. For the second derivative to equal zero, you would have 10xy=3 and x=0.3/y.

Just plug this into ln(5y)=5xy you can find y and so is x. If you plot the curve you would see that it is an inflection point.
