本人平時都小拉筋
但拉完
隔日筋仲緊左
點解既?

Muscles can also tighten up following exercise. This is felt as muscle soreness.  Delayed onset muscle soreness (or DOMS) can be felt as pain and stiffness in the muscles for 24 to 72 hours post-exercise.  The soreness and tightness felt is a result of small ruptures within the muscle.  It can be prevented by gradually increasing the intensity of a new exercise program.  While the soreness will usually disappear within 72 hours of onset, increased blood flow to the sore area, either by moderate intensity exercise or massage may help alleviate soreness.  Stretching does not prevent soreness; however, it is still important to perform some static (holding) stretches after exercise to maintain or improve flexibility.

That’s even more difficult to explain.

It’s a characteristic of tendon & fascia, which are plastic rather than elastic tissue.

Roughly speaking, after stretching out the tendon and/or fascia , the body recognises that it had been taken out of its normal state, encouraging an influx of chemicals/fluids etc, attempting to protect the body from ‘damage.’

Our sensory perception of this biological influx is the “AHHHHH”  feeling after holding a Yin pose for a long time.

This buildup of ‘stuff’ around the area being stretched creates the feeling of being tighter than before.

Consistent and stretching is required for fascial release And to encourage muscle muscle/body menory; the need for yin yoga to supplement yang yoga.

拉筋的話 用力拉到感到適當體位時 (所謂適當 因個人而已)
可以算係 你感到有申展的感覺而不是痛的感覺時,
就張身體保持當時位置,並放鬆。 當申展感覺漸變少至無,再郁身體入深D⋯達至有申展感覺再放鬆⋯

耐左,就會慢慢發覺更容易入更深的感覺,因增加左muscle memory 同 fascial release,所謂 「鬆左、條筋長左」實際上冇長過。

明白,所以拉筋不要拉到痛?
有申展就ok?
我琴日拉完腿後都扯住扯住甘,
太用力吧?
新手一般建議每天練習幾耐?
