玩到胸時要請教你唔同各度點操作,女人真係要玩胸,我唔信出面美容院d機,只有either 運動or 隆胸先係有用

咪係囉 嗰d屋企body weight  玩仲要係9 玩30 秒 亂做就叫做左。cardio唔係cardio,  resistance training唔係resistance training.  我自己扎實地拉筋d時間仲洗得抵d

而家阿sir咪係話NASM嗰個,佢好注重form.  所以佢講書係每個動作可以話係10 倍咁仔細。。。。 要做到 做唔到就操返其他輔助嘅 時機到再試
我以前係唔知點夾肩甲骨,而家係鑊鑊都好有感

coffee自己用gym同yoga 玩到咁靚嘅。  

不過佢d demo 都算好ok,  elva ni 嗰d 話教yoga 佢自己都咁削冇乜說服力。大約記得coffee動作做得都好扎實

cofffe d 肌肉量真係好足,而且不失女性美,唔覺bulky

器械我覺得係追大重量囉,

我gym d 佬其實都中級水平起,唔多人用重形器械 . 反而 多用拉機,dumbbell barbell. d 角度自由度大,唔會俾個機限制

yeeki  勁好多呀,我有好多動作trainer 仲係會退返去物理治癒系動作,治左我先呀。

3-4 times a week 兩堂trainer,  好7 仲拖住第一個trainer contract未完 -.-  盡抽時間多做,因為上堂唔一定操到 阿sir講野嘛。  自己有35 - 1hr (睇下多唔多人) 操就好有料到

班隊友討論過,coffee係咪純用bodyweight去操(佢自己話係)。如果淨係用bodyweight都練到咁,其實好勁

唉,網上啲片,好多連基本plank, squats, push ups, 都未做好就教人。要自行過濾:smile_o05:
