Customer Service Officer (Fashion eCommerce) $14K - $18K

Job Description:

●Support daily operation
●Answer calls and email
●Process orders and forms
●Provide efficient customer services and maintain good relationship with our customer via Zendesk and Phone
●Handling customer enquiry and follow up work when necessary
●Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

●F.5 / DSE or above
●Minimum 1 years' working experience in customer services or call center
●Excellent customer services experience using phone, instant messaging and email
●Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
●Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
●Intimate knowledge of customer needs and ability to provide solutions
●Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
●Good telephone manner, mature and independent
●Immediate available is highly preferred
●Mobile Phone and / or Tablet PC Knowledge or experience is a benefit
●Fresh Graduate welcome

Working Hours:
●5 Working days
●10:00 - 19:00
