新兄，不同的泥、窯燒的差別，對應不同的茶，效果有不一樣的，雖然我都是新學習紫砂，我覺得好好玩。
泡茶用紫砂有提升茶的滋味，係眾所皆知的，所以我們就有機會窮半生的時間去玩紫砂茶壺喇。

我估這個急須係好似紫砂壺用法,純粹沖茶用.如果煲水不叫急須.叫鐵瓶.

圖中南部鐵器係現代鐵壺,壺內有塗料,只可用電磁爐或慢火煲水,否則塗料脫落.龍敏堂鐵壺就明火暗火都無問題.南部鐵器鐵壺可以直送香港,龍敏堂鐵壺要經臺灣轉運運費多幾倍.

煲水沖茶我個人經驗最好都係不鏽鋼尤其係用電既.鐵壺玩下就算,收藏例外.
