近來部Macbook pro 2012超慢，開個 activity monitor，見有個 AddressBookManager (not responding). 上網查查，見係Contact App 有問題，開個app 睇，有成8萬幾個重覆Google contact. 最後要untick google contact. 當堂流暢好多。


Contact app
Contacts -> Accounts.... -> Google -> Contacts (untick)
