» 泰國買樓 - Condo ? 定排屋？各位「大大」有任何高見嗎？

在曼谷要買一個比較近市區（並非貴價區）的兩房 condo，發覺這個價錢已經可以在遠離市中心一些的地區（近 BKK 機場）買到一個兩層的新排屋；當然啦，如果排屋的話就理論上需要自駕啦，最近的大型購物商場或者都約需要開車20-30分鐘；但勝在地方夠闊落，比較清靜，人少一點車少一點，環境污染方面也會比較市中心那麼清新。
市區 condo 當然自己都很清楚，是去各地區都很方便，而且周圍配套較完善，也是一個很大的重點，而且相信住市區的 condo 會容易盡快融入這個新地方新環境。
因我是自住心態，所以不用太多的條件化影響決定，例如：是否值租？會否有租客？
最先決是，排屋 "小動物" 會多嗎？水源系統及供電系統、叫食用水方面、家用網絡情況？
另外，假如一個唔好彩，比如說急性腸胃炎，要30分鐘才到醫院？
未知各位現住排屋的各「C Hing」、「C打」，或者是曾經住過的，可否提供一下意見作參考及分享。先謝過各位！

約150砰，兩層，約5-6m thai baht, at bang na area, near airport.
有任何高見嗎？

Town house is better than condo for sure. Buy Town house, you need to get good developer, if plan to buy in Bangna area I think have many choice. Check more developers before you buy. Many hospitals around Bangna area as well.

但你吾係當地人敢去到離市區咁遠買屋住？有冇諗過安全問題？

當然地方大係會舒服
但我覺得要提埋去水問題，始終泰國都多雨如果排水系統唔夠完善成日水浸都幾煩
而且condo有club house有泳池個d
我個人覺得有配套係好d

百五萬HKD獨立屋新起都得，上次起商場同D house builder 吹左陣水和睇佢地D promotion，起間獨立屋由 100萬 泰豬至 450 泰豬(有泳池), 買地就有平有貴。
樓主要搵本地朋友問下， 做多D 功課慳錢錢，祝成功買靚屋。

非泰人買地，點買唔識
住得屋都係建議買屋苑，自己起自成一角，四面三米高石屎圍牆都唔安全，得閒有啲醉酒佬，賊仔入屋嚇死
買屋苑建議買屋苑內中心啲單位，買邊皮單位都機會有賊入屋
