Help Help - Will be in Bangkok for 3 days and need to call U.S. landline for about an hour total, what options do I have?  Thx in advance!

香港買定先或者去到曼谷先買，2個都買問題。

If I buy in HK, what do you recommend?  Or should I just install Skype and Skype out with Skype credit?    Thanks you so much!
