請問wasn’t married 和didn’t marry 這裡應用那個?為什麼?
If I wasn’t married/didn’t marry, I would go out more.

Ham gave you the right answer in #2.
Now the explanation.
Married is an adjective in the past participle form.
You are married already, so for the hypothetical but not true, you would always use were and weren't.
The verb marry is transitive so you will have to add a person behind( didn't marry [someone's name]) to use didn't.

話咗你聽唔可以就咁寫didn't marry, 譯乜嘢吖。真係要譯都唔一樣。 2 樓話咗你聽係weren't married,  唔係wasn't, 因為事實係已婚。 如非已婚。
