我多年前去過高山的地方，但感覺不到有什麼反應，原本上年10月中去稻城亜丁，因怕現在身體適應不到而打消這念頭，我朋友去完回來話大辛苦，要用氧氣才可一步—步上山，佢話下次唔好攪喇😄

輕微高山反應已經會有 頭痛/作悶/不想飲食/乏力.:smile_27:
在高原地帶(約3,800米),我見過有人行上二樓都唔得,瞓低咗要急救.:funk:
