LLM可以比undergrad non-law嘅人讀,不過有機會比較難,讀得上效用都未必高,因為你冇讀過D legal principles就去學practical野,理論上係跳左級,而LLM修讀時間又唔長,唔會有足夠時間比你去惡補legal principles,因此不太建議non-law degree嘅人讀

咁non-law degree嘅人如果想有個law嘅學歷,除左J.D.,係埋只可以用多四年時間去反個LLB?

Yes.. in fact, J.D. is quite demanding.. You may consider CPE offer by MMU or UOL LLB. HKU SPACE offers courses for both...

如果你只是想增加專門一類法律知識,或是在非法律行業增加競爭力,LLM 是不錯選擇。
入學條件2:2且可以是任何degree.
可以考慮遙距課程。

Not all LLMs are open to non law graduates. You'd need to consult their admission notice. Perhaps those not offered by the three local law schools is less stringent on this requirement. Though there's several programmes gearing towards commercial practice or alternative dispute resolution(both local, overseas and distance learning). These specialisms may admit non law graduates.
Although LLM (being a master's degree) is a higher academic qualification compared to LLB (being a bachelor's degree), LLM isn't a qualified law degree and LLB is.
So the crucial point to consider is whether you'd like to become a lawyer. If this isn't your aim, going for an LLM or LLB is merely a personal choice. I'd say that LLM might be better, in terms of time, cost and academic level (from the perspective of non legal field).
