Agreed. Here is what I wrote right after finishing the wine that evening:

"Upon opening, I smelled fragrant nose of blueberries and plum with light touch of oak and tobacco, although not as big and plush as a typical Australian red offer. Aftertaste and depth are still lacking to justify a higher score. Hoping it will continue to evolve in the next couple years."

"Decanted for an hour and drank over another hour and a half. Color was dark and didn't show signs of maturity. Initially a mild amount of dark fruit with restraint. Leather, pencil and cinnamon. Tannins were very soft with long smooth finish. After an hour, sour cherry and plum became more pronounced. Overall an elegant style with smooth after taste at its full maturity.

Edited: Day 2 tasted better with more fruits nose, more structure and concentration. Everything was boosted like on steroids. Upgrade rating from 90 to 92."

95年的未試過，不過應該同96年不相百仲。地牢仲有一支96外，還有三支16 排緊隊，不過要等到頸長😬

82年喺波爾多區上世紀極靚年份之一。我有兩支'15，怕要等足最少十五年先敢開，希望到時還有有心情飲好酒。

係呀，師兄好眼力，型號唔知，因為係我太太買，屋企有六，七個唔同size的。有來打邊爐幾好，滾起一次之後全程都好好

補充：如果大有殼海鮮例如龍蝦，蟹等等，放左落去就唔好搞得太多，因為我太太話怕會刮花個底，放定位置熟左就攞上來
