近排呢度紅酒 postings 買少見少，慘不忍睹。唯有盡啲人事出 post 撐場。

琴晚開咗呢款教皇新堡嘅新星，'15 算喺靚年，冇諗住咁早開，但見今晚煮咗煲紅酒燴牛肋+牛展，心郁郁，呌足氣嚟飲。

Taste notes: Decanted 2+ hours to go with beef shank stew on red wine sauce. Very elegant floral nose with stewed cherry and blackcurrant. Oaky but not overly dominant. Tobacco and cinnamon. Pepper spice. Tannic finish. Could improve for 2+ years on bottle. 94 pts.

多謝意見。呢個 fettuccine 唔喺意大利做法，喺炒底，用橄欖油+蒜頭起煱，乾身拌碟，咸香唔油餌，也可淋上牛肉汁。
