Thank you to everyone who has tried to access our online booking service. We have received unprecedented demand for our new Performance Grade exams. We have temporarily closed the online booking service to make the necessary adjustments to support the number of customers booking exams at the same time.
We will gradually reopen the online booking service for each country over the next 24 hours and we will let you know when this is available again. We expect online booking to reopen in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Vietnam on Wednesday afternoon local time.
Please wait for the online booking service to be available again in your country. Each country has a dedicated exam session, which will be available for customers in that country to book into when the online booking service re-opens.
We are excited to be able to offer this assessment to so many candidates who have worked hard this year, and we look forward to re-opening the booking period as soon as possible.
