香港一日唔肯放鬆已完成2劑疫苗注射市民的酒店隔離限制，香港遊客可能未來1至2年都無幾個會考慮短途的海外旅遊。
好處係海外旅遊暫變成奢侈品，出門無需再忍受嘈嘈閉的旅行團，要左閃右避高八度的遊客聲浪。

BANGKOK (AFP) - Thailand plans to reopen Bangkok to fully vaccinated visitors in October, officials said on Friday (Sept 10), as the kingdom seeks to salvage a tourism industry hammered by the pandemic.

Under the sandbox scheme, tourists have to [u][color=Red]stay within a certain area for seven days after arrival [/color][/u]and take Covid-19 tests.

One cloud hanging over Thailand's tourism revival plans is the travel advice of other countries discouraging would-be tourists from visiting.

Britain and the United States have warned against travel to Thailand because of rising case numbers and low vaccination rates.

經濟要緊，死人唔緊要，死得人多，到有疫苗打，佢地會仆到去打，唔好學香港，以為清零好叻，個啲叫都唔打針嘅人，下次爆就知道後悔。

相比之下香港人身在福中不知福.
但都係要香港政府肯比打咗疫苗嘅免二十一日隔離先實際，一心想全民打針，但打佐都要回港隔離，點會有用？

提起泰國麵類，好多人第一時間一定係想起pad thai。
其實除了pad thai（金邊粉）以外，泰國仲有以河粉爲主的pad see ew 同 ladna 兩大美食。
pad see ew 一般以濶河粉（kway teow senyai）為主打，亦可以改成米粉 （kway teow senmee）。
好多人亦成日將泰式豉油炒河，與星加坡炒貴刁同檳城炒貴刁作比較。
其實只不過係材料可能有類似部分，但其實味道三者之間係大相徑庭。
星加坡炒貴刁，甜到想喊，邊個會估到炒貴刁可以係甜既（當然一個可以將番茄醬拎來拌雲吞面的地方，不必深究）
唔甜個款叫炒白色貴刁，味道其實都好不了多少。
檳城炒貴刁，係有水準的，其實係鍋氣作怪。
pad see ew  豉油炒麵（顧名思義，see ew 即“豉油”，可能潮州話都係甘讀，但閩南話就係呢個發音）。
泰國好得意，所有麵類都統稱kway teow （”粿條“ ，再細分senyai，senmee，senlek，我唔知kanom jeen算唔算其中一員），在星馬粿條=貴刁（貴刁係閩南（潮州？）話粿條的諧音翻譯，廣東一帶叫河粉），不等于所有麵條種類。星馬一帶炒粿條，即香港所認知的炒貴刁。

言歸正傳，街頭既豉油炒河我未試過。
我係專登skip酒店早餐（exec lounge的d），都要搭車去食某一間pad see ew。
因爲係炭火炒的關係，鍋氣係特別足，但同一般街頭美食一樣，用料係決不講究。
唔會見到名貴海鮮（檳城炒貴刁通常係死蝦或者超mini蝦封上），或和牛，黑毛豬。
簡簡單單淨係蛋加貴刁，我覺得已經好好味。
我有試過佢既ladna，其實係唔多掂。

講起ladna，相信好多人已經知道我講緊邊間。
就係victory monument附近個間華人茶室，佢最出名係ladna ruea（牛肉滑“蛋？”河粉）。
就算朝早10點去到，都要等一個鐘頭，等佢清d外賣單，先做你第一個堂食客，好大枝野。
同埋如果客滿，甘你就要吼實邊台客食完，佢地完全唔會理你。
奇就奇在大把穿著光鮮的富太，就算甘既招呼態度，都繼續支持。
有興趣又大把時間，可以去試下佢既上癮芡汁。
