172金榜被除牌，無需負責小股東的權益嗎？其公司還在營運，除牌就可以輕鬆撇除一切債務？有無高人指教

公司最多清盤。。。。
如果 prospectus 有fraudulent misrepresentation，證監名義上可以 order 還原交易，例如246瑞金嗰單
不過係廢嘅
因為間野已經無哂錢
