I have registered to sit for the conversion exams in Jan 2022. Anyone gonna do so as well? Would be great to be in touch to exchange notes/past papers/form study groups etc!

好多人year2暑假已經考晒。

大家有冇考10號嘅HK Commercial Law Part A? 第一條有冇出錯或問錯問題？

Hi I can't pm you, 我考左10號 Commercial Law Part A too， why第一條出錯？??
I think Part A was quite tricky though.

the question is asking to "advise PP (the seller) as to its rights and remedies...." but the scenarios provided in the question are mainly for Beach (the buyer).


It should be more appropriate to advise Beach instead of PP.

有嘅，但我暫時唔方便喺呢度公開，因為我已經問咗Conversion board條問題有冇出錯，而佢哋嘅答覆我係都比較滿意。

或者等吓其他考生有冇發現問題先，費事好似得我先覺得有問題，而其他考生覺得冇問題。

我fd都有email board問類似問題，但係回覆唔滿意。

How to pm you privately ?

anyone knows when will we get the results? 

tips:
- start early
- get the textbooks & notes (commercial outlines or handed down from someone)
- sign up for HKU Space (constitutional + legal systems)
- past papers (land law + commercial is pretty repetitive)
