各大藝團及康文署都有請呢類副經理級見習，由經理負責做mentor 為期一至兩年，定期都會recruit，每一個section 會有一至兩個，近年再加到三至四個，而俾你係考官，你會唔會唔選一個即時戰力而去選一張白紙去負責管理呢?
