Job DescriptionRole Description:[list][*]Coordinate and follow up on regional distributors’ technical support needs;[*]Provide remote support and troubleshooting to distributors for instrumentation, middleware, reagents, and application issues;[*]Train distributors (or remotely) regarding the operation, application, troubleshooting and maintenance of Stago’s products;[*]Ensure the activity records (call services, documentation and complaints) in our CRM;[*]Consult & collaborate with Field Service Engineer and Application Specialists when needed to formulate solution for customers;[*]Provide feedback to the Field Service Engineer and Application Specialists regarding any instrument or reagent with open issues;[*]Ensure support instruments and reagents are functioning up to specification;[*]Escalate complex issues to headquarters in France;[*]Maintain a high level of knowledge on all Stago products;[*]Develop expertise on Stago middleware platforms in order to support customers and the service team with middleware implementations.[/list]
Profile:

The candidate should have some experience in the haemostasis field but not mandatory.  Previous experience in clinical laboratory or application specialist in the same industry preferred.  The candidate should also have a solid scientific background as well as great capacity to train and focus on customer needs.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ working experience.  Candidates with experience working in pathology IT or candidates that have good understanding/aptitude to work on middleware/IT implementation projects are highly desirable.
The candidate should have excellent English level (a second or third Asian language will be an advantage).  The candidate should be organized, autonomous, open-minded, and committed to his/her responsibilities and the team.
This position is located in Hong Kong and requires moderate travels in Asia and France (around 30% of the time).
Comprehensive training will be provided and you will receive on the job training with colleagues in Hong Kong.  

Note: initial training will require approximately 4 weeks of back to back training in France.
