可以試吓去考正苦工博大霧，但要有心理準備，因為當年VTC青年學院私自收中專文慿學生100蚊，出多張基礎文憑比學生，政府知道後立即禁止，因為嚴重影響學歷認受性

咁啱嘅？居然有圖！
(我在另外一帖內有相關回覆)
對，就是這張，在2009年開始轉新學制，2012年有DSE後。這張2012年或以前簽發的基礎文憑證書，就算在自己VTC內，都已經不被認可等同中學會考五科合格。
如果2012年前趕得上尾班車，還可以用這張，勉強報到入IVE的HD。
換言之，在有DSE開始後，這張在現今政府資歷架構中，只屬第二級。
完全不等於中學會考五科合格。
