今日試在家製作冬陰公,作為intermediate level,中級食譜,未至於從零做起,又不是單純用湯粉加熱。
這個冬陰功省卻了處理鮮蝦、剝蝦殼、炒蝦湯的工序。我採用了蝦羔油代替炒蝦湯。結果我自己很滿意、家人都很滿意,絕對可以媲美外面過百元一碗的品質!最後加入米線,吃過好吃得簡直不想再外出用膳了!
