你係指睇ECG有冇ST segment depression之後估有冇CAD?

係呀，我淨係識睇有冇ST segment depression，T-wave inversion，pathological Q wave 去判斷有冇CAD，但其他例如Atrioventricular block我都唔識分🤦🏻♀️

其實仲要結合 病況 至下到結論，
我算你兩個病人嘅圖完全一樣，病況都未必會一樣，調轉頭都係，病況相同嘅，圖未必相同。
