未補地價居屋，近兩年經做過業權轉讓(房屋署批，家庭成員轉比家庭成員),
而家想賣係咪只可以賣緣表？另外當時房屋署規定轉名唔可有金錢代價，查田土冇considerations, 買家做按揭會唔有困難呢？
因為自己冇錢補地價，咁嘅情況係咪要等5年先賣倒？

未補當然只可綠表或白居二，未過五年難做按揭，因不知你是否破產前轉移資產-

下手買家做唔做到按揭，關上手業主有無轉過業權咩事？
未補價只可以交居屋二手市場賣，
至於幾時賣得，要睇返你買邊期居屋。

兩者有唔同，2019綠置居應該唔可再賣俾白居二，而居屋可以賣俾白居二及綠表資格人士。

師兄，可能我財疏學淺，樓主應該屬送贈契，銀行一般對這類未過五年轉讓期間按揭非常保留，有錯請指正

請問如果要付15%印花稅，是經律師樓付稅務局，或是等稅務局有繳費單時才繳費？
