炒蘑菇!配上牛扒、烤雞等也可。十分簡易的完美配菜,無與倫比!
Sautéed Mushrooms! East Side Dish! Best serve with Steak or Roast Chicken. Out of this world!
炒蘑菇
材料:
250克蘑菇
2瓣蒜頭
1-2湯匙頭抽
1-2湯匙麥芽醋
一把平葉番荽
鹽
黑胡椒
橄欖油
1. 將蘑菇切片。
2. 在平底鑊裡倒入橄欖油。 加入蘑菇,用中低火輕輕炒熟。
3. 將蒜頭切碎,然後加入蘑菇裡。
4. 用鹽和黑胡椒調味。
5. 將番荽的葉和莖分開,先將莖切碎,然後與蘑菇一起煮。番荽葉也切碎備用
6. 慢炒幾分鐘直到蘑菇收縮。
7. 加入頭抽和麥芽醋,煮1-2分鐘,直到煮熟為止。
8. 最後將番荽撒在炒蘑菇上,攪拌均勻。
9. 多麼簡單又美味的配菜就這樣完成了。
Sauteed Mushroom
Ingredients:
250g Mushrooms
2 cloves of Garlic
1-2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1-2 tablespoons Malt Vinegar
Handful of Flat leaf Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
Olive oil
1. Slice the mushrooms.
2. Generously drizzle some olive oil into a pan. Add the mushrooms and gently sauté on medium-low heat.
3. Finely chop the garlic and add them into the pan.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Meanwhile separate the Parsley stalks and leaves. Finely chop the stalks and add them into the pan as well. Finely chop the parsley leaves for later use.
6. Let them sauté for a couple minutes until the mushrooms shrink.
7. Add soy sauce and malt vinegar, sauté for a couple more minutes.
8. Last but not least, sprinkle the chopped parsley over the sautéed mushroom and mix well.
9. Serve. What an easy and tasty side dish.
