客棧豆腐!招牌名菜,充滿驚喜!C'mon Inn Tofu! Signature Dish! You will be surprised!
客棧豆腐
村料:
1磚軟豆腐/滑豆腐
½條青瓜
5茶匙日本芝麻醬
1茶匙花生醬
1茶匙楓糖漿
½茶匙山葵(隨個人喜好)
1. 將青瓜切成細絲。
2. 把豆腐放到碟上,然後均勻地切成大塊。
3. 將青瓜絲放到豆腐上。
4. 把日本芝麻醬、花生醬、楓糖漿及山葵混合。比例可按個人口味調校。
5. 把醬汁盡情地淋上青瓜絲和豆腐。
6. 就這樣,一個完美的前菜。
“C’mon Inn” Tofu
Ingredients:
1pack of Soft/Silken Tofu
½ Cucumber
5 tablespoons of Japanese sesame paste
1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon of Honey/Maple Syrup
½ tablespoon Wasabi (as you like)
1. Thinly cut the cucumber into strips.
2. Put the tofu on a plate and cut it into equal pieces.
3. Place the cucumber on top of the tofu.
4. Mix the sesame paste, peanut butter, wasabi and maple syrup together. Ratio can be changed to your own likings.
5. Pour the sauce all over the cucumber and tofu.
6. Perfect appetiser is on!
