之前一直有游開水,但因謀原因停左4個月,對上果次比賽游27秒尾,依家想重新練返,有冇咩訓練方法?

第一個禮拜可以先試下,唔需要太高強度試吓三次都做呢set
200 easy free
200 reverse IM, do fly as 221 fly
200 as 25kick 25 free
8x50 as 25 drills 25 free
Do each drills twice: scull, doggie paddle, under water recovery, polo
Main set
2 sets 10x50 steady pace on 1min
Extra 1min rest between sets
Focus on smooth strokes
4x25fast 25easy rest20s
Focus on underwater kick and breakout
200 cd

千祈唔好受傷
落水之前做吓少少陸上熱身
平時喺屋企多拉筋
現階段唔好做太多力量訓練
基本體力回復之後先加上去
