i) Lead IT team to provide troubleshooting and incident support on infrastructure basis, including networking, servers, email, infrastructure and backup operation
ii) Understand business needs and be effective at collaborating with different business teams. Manage key business stakeholders to align business and IT priorities and strategy.
iii) Ensure information as well as cybersecurity and protect entrusted company and confidential data at a minimum in line with regulation and company policy.
iv) Identify, evaluate and deploy equipment / solutions (including Intranet / websites) to improve the business operations
v) Develop and implement IT policies/guidelines and best practice guides and conduct regular internal and external IT audits.
vi) Manage development team on improving operational efficiencies as well
vii) Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
viii) Manage the budget planning and implementation of the IT projects
ix) Manage project process, documentation, progress reporting status meeting and escalation effectively

1) Management
a) 待被TopManagement -雞蛋裡挑骨頭
b) 麻煩下屬（紋身怒漢、自以為是、漠視指令、與外私通），變相做埋佢果份之餘，有可能反被陷害。
2) Programming - coding (website and intranet)(ASP.NET, MSSQL, MySQL, JAVA...any web coding hands on skills)
3) Server & Helpdesk Support (whole consultants license management and controlling) (MS AD, Exchange, VMware ESX, Veeam, SQL and Linux)
4) Hands on work - OnSite visit (Project site) and remotesupporting (HK, SZ, SH, BJ and other HK site office)
5) 24 hours standby and take approipately response.
6) New Project Planning and Implementation (2023 office relocation)
7) Suggested full IT proposals / solutions for management and IT colleagues referencing and coping.
