Anyone can share some tips on passing Hong Kong Legal System?

legal system呢科好難pass的 (主要係因為個個examiner比較strict), 同埋有時有d題目佢問得好偏 好難識答, 但有時d題目就問得好straightforward, 抄textbook就得, 所以真係要靠彩數, fail左就唯有考多幾次...

我發覺坊間d notes好呃錢好廢 全部point form notes 用個d notes一定唔會合格 至少要買書list 第1同第3個兩本, 不要買fisher個本

I am thinking how to appeal. Coz I followed the past paper answer, and used the details from the 1st book of the list critically. And the 3rd examiner give 40/100. 10 markers Lower than the other 2 examiners lol.

其實如果個個2nd examiner做你既first examiner 你已經pass左...
appeal好難成功的, 你最好準備定考june了...

Yes, my 2022 PCLL conversion offer’s only criteria is to pass HKLS. Failed HKLS so no 2022 PCLL.

50分已經係pass了 唔使51的
佢個制度係 如果1st examiner fail, 你要2nd examiner 同3rd examiner 比pass 先可以overall pass...
btw 我覺得你fail咁多次 應該係因為你用既notes 唔夠details 答唔出個重點同深度...

But how come only 2 examiners marked your paper in 2022, but I got 3 examiners in Jan 2023.

人地2:0 gg你, 你咪即刻輸左lo, 唔使打3場,
但係你jan 2023 一開始就1:1, 所以要打埋第3場, 但結果人地都係2:1 gg你, 你都係輸左...
btw 其實你一定叻過我 只係差少少運就pass到!

其實你遲早都入到pc 只係時間既問題 就算你真係pass極都pass唔到conversion exam,
你都可以出絕招, 就係去hku space讀一年cpe, 佢個個legal system只係做assignment 或者take home exam, 係人都會pass, 你讀個陣報pcll 再去conversion board 到evaluate個qualification, 最後你都會pass到hk legal system的!!

你呢個絕招要5萬加上堂時間，否則唔夠attendance 冇得考。（係成年所有course夠70%） 最後點填conversion 張form同可唔可以咁做都唔知。
