It depends on what do you want to achieve.
If you are looking for a first time pass with or without distinction, every subjects is equally important to you.
Else if you target for a pass but you don’t care retaking any subject(s), you shouldn’t really need to know which subject(s) is difficult or time consuming or not. After you fail, you have extra time to prepare your 2nd attempts.
After all, if I were you, I should study every modules seriously.

I would say Civil Advocacy (which is just part of the trio of Civil Procedure + Litigation + Advocacy), because you have to excel in both legal research and advocacy skills, not to mention you also have to be familiar with the facts of the case assigned to you.

依家讀緊，聽好多人講CCT (Commercial Transaction) fail rate好高，其實點解呢？唔係應該CO apply就得，好straight forward咪？
