市區唔同室內，室內發射器無更新或者某原因無發射器，可能都會講得通，市區好少機會差到極點

長洲、南丫島、坪洲呢類離島，就算換上最新的5G基站天線設備，但未連上光纖網絡骨幹，都唔會快。

應該不是 HKT 小氣問題   而是本身條舊光纖水喉不夠大
