尋日收到封Lowexx email話我欠咗£37.80手機費，唸唸下應該係我前排去英國嗰時早咗關銀行帳戶搞到最後個期手機費無比到。
想問吓我而家返咗香港想還咗佢，係唔係好似佢封email咁講要先去佢網址整我個account?會唔會有伏?
同埋想問如果我想用銀行轉帳還比佢，係唔係去銀行問d職員點樣搞就得?使唔使準備d咩?

你當然要去銀行進行匯款，是電匯。
由於這信包括的資料只適合本土支付方式，所以你最好向有關公司查詢一下，電匯方面如何處理，例如戶口資料（名稱、分行地址、號碼）、額外手續費多少等。因為匯款會衍生中間人費用，會在這筆匯款中扣除，所以收款人收不足數的，到時又來追數就麻煩了。
