Czech Airlines will no longer be a member of the SkyTeam global airline alliance, effective Saturday 26 October 2024. This is due to changes in the group's operating model that mean the airline will no longer operate scheduled passenger or cargo services under its 'OK' code.

The departure of Czech Airlines from SkyTeam will have little impact on the overall network. SkyTeam continues to offer an extensive global network of more than 1,000 destinations in 160+ countries. Connectivity to Prague will be maintained thanks to services operated by five member airlines.

SkyTeam and its members thank Czech Airlines for more than 20 years of partnership and wish our Czech Airlines friends and colleagues the best for the future.

The last commercial flight of Czech Airlines (ČSA) has been scheduled. The final journey will be flight OK767 from Paris to Prague, departing the Charles de Gaulle Airport at 20:15 and arriving in Prague at 21:55. This flight marks the end of an era, coinciding with the conclusion of the 2024 summer flight schedule. From the following day, Sunday, October 27, the winter flight schedule will take effect, but by then, ČSA will no longer operate any routes. The Prague-Paris route will be taken over by Smartwings, as both carriers are part of the Smartwings Group.

Starting from October 27, 2024, when the winter flight schedule begins, Czech Airlines will undergo a significant change in its business model. Within the group’s holding structure, ČSA will transition to become the managing company with a majority stake in Smartwings. The operational flights for the entire group will be managed by Smartwings and its subsidiaries in Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary.

Despite these changes, two Airbus A320 aircraft will continue to fly in ČSA colors, along with four new Airbus A220-300 aircraft. The first two A220s are expected to be delivered by the end of this year, with the remaining two arriving in the first half of 2025.

其實你知唔知咩叫贊助，咩叫冠名贊助，法國好似淨係禁止冠名贊助，你不如搞清楚先，唔好又沖出嚟柒啦
