無論香港, 大陸同泰國大部份按摩技師都係冇受過正式專業訓練, 最多跟師父學幾日就出師, lock 頸咁既動作等同高速公路橫過馬路一樣危險, 我經常按摩, 我有個御用大媽佢做咗技師十幾年, 我從來都禁止佢同我lock 頸！
