為更有效率處理大家的問題
敬請大家發問時提供比較詳盡的資料

請提供以下資料
a) 那間ISP (上網公司)?
b) 什麼Plan?
c) 有沒有用 router 或 router 什麼model?
d) 上唔到網那部是行緊 Wireless or wire?
e) 有router既話, 上唔到網既機入唔入到Router setup page?

a) O/S 的version
b) 有沒有 Join domain 或以 workgroup (Peer-to-Peer) 方式連線
c) 有否起AD/DC
d) 能否提供error message
e) Server name and domain name (可用xxx代替真實名字)

a) 速度問題
i. 請說明用什麼來測速 (行什麼program, 去那個website測)
ii. 說明使用那間ISP, 什麼月費計劃
iii. 說清楚幾多部電腦使用 (包括NowTV)
b) 不能玩Online game做 server = 什麼 Game
c) QOS = 請提供router model及上網公司
D) 行什麼program時會斷？BT? Foxy?
E) Wireless 既話上到網時Signal quality 幾多？
F) wireless or wire 斷？還是全部都斷？
G)幾多部機正在用同一條線上網？
H) 行Wireless Router 同電腦之間隔住左什麼及距離?

a) 不能收發Email
i. 請說明Error code
b) Email Server 類型 (Exchange ? Sendmail / Postfix?)
c) 用什麼來Email MUA client? (OE / Outlook / Thundebird / Netscape)
d) Email Filter (Block content, Block SPAM, Anti-virus)
e) Relay error ( 用邊間ISP, What Plan)
