禁又無禁多,得5,6 hrs 到左右....
禁唯有當減下fat先喇,過埋呢二個月再練大過

so, do running for less than an hour after finishing weight training every time while i wanna cut down?
i just wonder if it could affect the process of building muscles... but nothing's perfect rite? gotta run like a dog if u wanna kill the belly : p

You can still run for almost an hour after weight training? You proceed weight training for building muscle while cardio exercise help you burn fat, right? What don't you sperate weight training from cardio exercises?

無錯,有時我都會舉完鐵之後跑佢二三十分鐘
舉完鐵通常我都唔會覺得點樣特別累既 (通常 45min 之內完成一次重訓),可以即刻開跑 no problem
但相反跑完四五十分鐘之後叫我即刻去舉鐵,
我直情會提唔起勁去舉 no way 不舉!
最易控制時間應該係分開兩日做 舉鐵 and 跑脂
慢跑+輕度氣喘35-50分鐘===> 燒脂+盡量唔分解肌肉蛋白質黎做能量

If you want to kill your belly (lose fat), then keep on running la. 1wk 3~4 time 1hr running will sure do the job. I have tried before.

During the period, keep doing some resistence training (e.g. Chin-up, push-up), that help to retain your size, but anyway you will still look smaller (literally) as some size gone due to lose-fat. shredded and ripped.

Personnally I think Chin-up is very good for your upper body, it help developing your lat and make you look bigger and thicker; people can tell from your 'bloated' shirt - my experience; I will do that after running as part of the 'cool-down' (no kidding) and stretching.

bloody true... i cant do cardio for like an hour right after weight training...
actually, i wanna seperate weight training from cardio too...but i'm not gonna go there everyday!!!!

i'm currently work out 4 times a week and all for weight training... will try to add 20-30 mins cardio later and see how'll that works....

但真係要睇人,我試過平時先跑後舉 可以跑到40分鐘之後最多用耐D時間都可以舉哂自己平時做開既野,但我舉完先跑就練跑20分鐘都頂唔順,可能我真係要操好D體力先可以調轉做

先舉後跑是利用"舉"去消耗部份現存能量(血液與肝臟中的醣),致使在跑的過程中能加快達至燒脂點,增肌與減脂間是存在矛盾.但可運用"舉"的貭量和"跑"的時間長短,去控制並達至增減並容的效果.
至於先跑後舉,如果"跑"的過程已耗盡"醣,並已進入消脂階段,對"舉"時的力量絕對有影响,要大談何容易,但若祇"跑"+分八分鐘,作為"舉"前的心肺準備,也無不可.
