THanks for all sharing, actually before reading all your msg, i think if want to burn fat, then should run as far as possible, now know that it is totally wrong! Is that the best burn fat zone is 60-70% max heart rate? so what's going on if exceed 70%?

前臂可以跟地面成垂直角度,減小用前臂力拉落條bar,多些集中背肌力:smile_40:

in addition to bursting your cardiac hypertrophy/strength, it can burn fat too, at the cost of shortening your stamina.
