練大隻同跑步,可唔可以同時期做?

我聽我個fd講  佢話如果要練大隻  就要專心練
唔好同依頭練定大隻  果頭又走去跑步

要練大隻練到見成積,先好去做跑步

正確嗎?

cutting after bulking?
cardio strength, fitness?

跑完再食返夠本既話 = no wt loss :smile_29:

其實如果你唔係跑太快, 根本唔會有咩衝突!

跑45分鐘後, 體內既糖分已經去得7788, 之後仲邊有能量可以舉得重呢(重訓既能量只可以由肝糖補充)?:smile_41:

我一直都係又跑又舉鐵, 最後都會見到自己啲muscle有大到. 但係你個friend既論點我都同意, 因剩係舉鐵嗰個simulation會大啲, 效果可能會更好.

我自己就會...
(1)舉完先跑
(2)唔好跑超過一個鐘,因一個鐘後肌/肝糖會耗盡, 會開始用其他嘢produce energy. 同埋跟住會大攰無力舉鐵.

對我嚟講,呢兩樣嘢係相輔相成. 舉咗肌力強, 可以跑得好啲; 跑咗心肺好啲,可以舉耐啲.

i always want to know how do the pro BBs cut fat after bulked up in during off seasons....
i wonder how could they keep the muscles if they run a long period... if they dont run a long period of time, how can they kill fat??

肌肉分為3類, 其中只有紅肌可以直接用脂肪作為能量, 但由於紅肌力量及速度都比較慢, 所以做唔到大力量, 爆發力既動作, 所以如果你跑步以消脂為主, 最好用紅肌所維持到既速度去跑。:loveliness:

如果你指跑步, 通常會睇心跳, 一般心跳率逹到60至70%果時就係消脂效率最好既時候。

I ain't no pro bb and I dun do drugs, so I can't tell u the pro bb ans.
For a natural amateur bb like me, going for a mid-pace run would do me the fine cutting flavor, reaching 60-70% of your max heart rate along the way, less than an hour non-stop would burn your bodyfat while keeping your muscle protein more or less intact, do it 3-4 times a week on a regular basis. If u wanna build some cardiac strength like me, then u should go for a faster run, kind of a "running for your life", working your heart out at 75-85% of your max heart rate along the way. A fast run makes u exhausted much faster than a slower run, eclipsed even before the fat burning phase gets started.

weight training 係無氧運動...唔會用你d fat as a energy source...
相反跑步就係....慢跑 ge強度唔大...有足夠時間俾你身體轉化 fat 黎produce energy!

師兄Uwant 的資料好正,很有用,對我呢d 玩自然健身愛好者(我連蛋白粉都冇食),都係操線條算:loveliness: ,呢期玩interval, 我手臂都縮,不過我一星期跑一次,全身都縮水了,不過我轉program..睇下得吾得,練返上個size:loveliness:
