小弟已經讀左ccna, 但好似對network既troubleshooting應付唔黎
以家做緊operator, 成日都要做一d network line既checking
想問下應該睇d咩書會比較有幫助

remember OSI 7 layers? need to start troubleshoot from the bottom.... most likely network failure due to layer 1 issues.... check router logs will reflect the situtation of what went wrong...i.e. serial flap/down or line protocols flap/down to determine the fault...
