Hong Kong Institute of Technology not only offers undergraduate degree programmes in HK but also the post graduate programmes which are accredited by HKCAAVC. HKIT's president, Madam See, is very well known in HK. May be Hong Kong Institute of Technology 升格 faster than Chu Hai?:loveliness:

Honestly speaking, your statement is very ridiculous. Hong Kong Institute of Technolgy (HKIT) is one of education agencies in Hong Kong. Similar to other educaton agencies, such as HKMA or Informatic, they are representive of foreign universities and introduce some undergraduate or postgraduate courses to HK student, who is interested to apply for those top up coure or postgraduate course. As I know, HKIT is not allowed to confer bachelor degree or above program in Hong Kong (only provide Aossciate degree). Maybe you dont believe that, but that is true.
