Whey protein concentrate:
The most common form of whey protein. It is inexpensive and can be incorporated into many types of products.
In the past one of the drawbacks of whey protein concentrate was that it contained a high level of lactose. However, there are now commerically available formulas that are almost lactose free(less than 1%).
Whey protein isolate:
A pure form of whey protein that has had almost all its lactose removed. This product many be useful for individuals who are lactose intolerant.
Whey protein hydrolysate:
A hydrolyaste is a protein that has been broken down into its constituent amino acids. Hydrolysates are expensive and have a bitter taste.
It's depend on what you need and your economic status. No matter which one, have a similar clinical effect.

如果對lactose無敏感, 同protein量的wpc比wpi更好, 因為isolate在filtering過程中把有價值的immune-boosting protein subfractions, 如alpha lactoglobulins and lactoferrins filter走
