本人 高18xcm , 但係就得 5x KG ...

平時食量都正常... 以前有試過飲各款營養粉.... 但都唔見有效...

我係連肉都無果隻 ... 由其個身 .. 直頭係一副排骨....

手同腳都好幼...   仲瘦過d女仔~唉!

我爸媽都唔係瘦人!

做左gym 5個月...做完有飲一隻 係watsons 買既 增重營養粉 ...
結果都係一直無嘜效果 ...

我應該點做!?  係咪我飲果d粉唔夠勁?... 因為我飲果d全部係超市/watsons 買果d....
我想要脂肪..我想要肉 ......

我27歲前都好似你咁 皮包骨.. 但係結左婚過30歲之後有180lb

唔使刻飲奶粉.. 以前我都有飲 飲極都唔肥. 飲幾多出幾多 呢o的野因人而異 唔係個個飲都有效

你不如去睇下中醫 睇下係唔係體質差. 補補佢先 可能調理好身體之後 再飲奶粉 會見效呢

樓主放心~我以前同你一樣瘦底~果時瘦排骨被人笑~~決心操練自己~~你只要keep住做gym一定可以改善到~系一定! 不過你做果時吾好求求其其甘樣好似做過就算~~feel到自己肌肉有膨脹和酸痛感才行~

count the calories, try to eat about 500 kcal more than you should have ... so around 3000 kcal i suppose...

there is no use just eating meat since the absorption of protein is proportional to the absorption of carbohydrate ... in other words the more carbs u have the more protein the body takes in... carb as in rice noodles and pasta etc...

on working out, u shouldnt work too long on aerobic exericse i.e. running and cycling since what u need is weight gain... so at the beginning of a session run about 10mins just to warm ur muscles up and then do some simple stretching to avoid injuries, then when u lift weights choose a weight that u can just manage to lift 8-10 times... do 3 sets of whatever u choose ... i suggest u start off with one session every other day then move to more intense and frequent

within 40mins after the workout i suggest u take some protein supplement which will help ur body to recover...

i got a degree in sport science so i guess i have some kinda credibility... i have been working out for a couple of months too and starting to see some result but its going to take a long time so hang in there and dun give up

我以前瘦底系16歲果時~都系幾年前~~  你只要keep住運動~~你會發覺一段時間之後你ge食量所需會大左~~然後keep住食多幾餐~~又邊運動~~我捻你1、2個月持續應該會見到個效果~

我記得我2年前都係得98磅.... 而家已經120磅~
我都經歷過你呢個階段~ 我得, 你都得!!!

以下係你要注意o既地方:
1) 少食多餐, 一日食5-6個正餐, 多碳水化合物及蛋白質
2) 平時出街帶定d餅(NO零食!!), 一口痕就食.... 基本上食得落唔嘔出o黎o既時候都可以食~
3) 一星期做3-4日gym. 帶氧運動一星期一次, 每次30mins(中速, p.s. 我自己有段時間直情唔做)
4) 早d訓, 訓8個鐘
5) 睇多d呢個版, 學下點樣做gym~
