This can produce an extreme amount of pain in the lower leg due to the rigidity of the anterior compartment of the lower leg and lack of fluid drainage out of the compartment. It may also be exacerbated by the increase of water content in the muscle fibers, putting more pressure on the anterior compartment. If this condition persists, check with your doctor and inform them of your creatine use and dosage. Although this condition may and usually does subside, if left untreated complications may occur that require emergency medical attention. If the levels remain high for a long period of time, irreversible damage to tissue may occur, particularly to the peroneal nerve. 用左creatine 後
係耐力, 爆炸力強左

其實我都唔係好肯定
我小腿痛係唔係同creatine有關
因為開始用creatine同時
我program轉左
加大cardio ex resistance / 游水嘅塘數

食落個肚嘅野, 都係小心d好

我停用左一個星期...因為休息左成個星期. 擒日去做返無食, 因為食晒啦, 要停一個星期先可以再食過.

無食我推平空, 輕左10磅推, 頭SET OK 10下, 第二SET 都可以10下但好辛苦, 第三第四SET得8下同7下.(推每邊45)

以前食係可以上50或以上. 做足四組10下.

力量係小左同耐力都差左.

我之前食左一CAN, 完全無C兄以上D証狀......

我都係一樣
我用果隻Whey protein 我又唔驚嘅
一來醫生recommend 又冇overdose
二來用之前已check過成份中amino acid嘅nature/dose
我反而係驚隻牌子嘅可信性
有冇溝雜質, 有冇呃秤, 與label不符....

CREATINE就係未有醫生recommend之下, 自己用
用埋之後係endurance/power強左
可以操'恆'd, 耐d, 間接增肌嘅
用creatine實在係冇辦法之中嘅辦法
因為唔太鐘意食紅肉

Protein, creatine & L-Carnitine (BCAA.,,etc etc)
其實都可以從均衡嘅自然食物中吸收 (奶/蛋/肉/穀/豆....)
之不過, 孤家寡人, 唔可以每餐都下廚啫
