我都飲緊呢隻牌子 曲奇味=.=...怪怪事地甘又係=.=

我係訓醒飲 2 scoop,
過half hr先食早餐,
訓前又飲2 scoop

你試下邊個時間吸收咪邊個時間飲lor~~
再勤力做gym,
唔係就食幾多出番幾多,

仲要臨訓咁樣= =....增肥多過增肌喎我覺得...
訓之應該飲d...延長吸收時間既protein mix 低脂奶....perfect!!
早餐後飲gainer+全脂奶+蕉...就最好....個人多d energy俾你去做gym= ]

我係訓醒飲 2 scoop
訓前飲2 scoop
我每日4餐...我無食早餐ge.....所以分別係lunch, tea, dinner同宵夜

但奇怪就係飲第3桶時我就再無重過
有無師兄飲飲下無再重??

enough water?
enough carbohydrate & protein from whole foods?
enough fruits and vegetables?
how many times a day? everyday? before or after workout? between meals? breakfast? before bed?
too many factors involved

我之前跟佢個份量飲左兩三個星期, 重左5磅, 發覺重得太快...之後只係敢用一半份量

I use 2 scoops.....cuz I think 4 scoops is too much for me..........
btw...I wanna ask....can I mix cytogainer with low-fat milk???
